If we choose this position, what is this opponent likely to do — and why do we believe that?
A useful opponent file is more than a collection of games. We examine repertoire frequency alongside recent changes, preferred structures, decisions in similar positions, and how the opponent adapts after a surprise or loss. Every forecast should carry its evidence and uncertainty.
What enters
the analysis.
We use evidence appropriate to the actual match. A pattern from a small or old sample does not become a certainty by appearing in a chart.

What we need
to resolve.
Each state means something different. A deep engine search does not automatically make a line ready for a player.
What leaves
the analysis room.
A focused opponent brief that helps the player and coach decide where to spend preparation time.
Final scope depends on available games, the event timetable and the questions agreed with the player or coach. Exclusivity and confidentiality standards
